Q: How long have you been in the Real Estate business? 
PM: Twenty years. I specialize in residential real estate in Marin County. I love houses and helping people find their HOME. I love listing and selling homes and finding and meeting the new homeowner.

Q: What designations or certifications do you hold?
PM: California Real Estate Broker

Q: What percentage of your clients are buyers vs. sellers? 
PM: 50/50 I maximize what a Seller nets - quickly and efficiently. I think intention sells a home. I have high intention and take incredible care of my clients. In Marin County - a house should sell in 30 days with the right intention, pricing and marketing. Also, I love “leading people home” - as Buyers.

A young couple was selling their dream home to relocate out of the area for work purposes - other agents told the Sellers they could get 1M for their home. They had two young boys and I wanted 1.4M for their house. I sold the house for 1.4M the following month. I aim never to leave money on the table for my Sellers; nor do I have a Buyer pay more than they need to secure their home.

Win-win is essential. In every deal - everyone has to walk away feeling good about the transaction. The deal needs to be mutually beneficial for all involved.

Q: Do you think people buying in Real Estate look at their home purchase more as an investment?
PM: Home is important - as both a sanctuary and a purchase needs to make economic sense. I always want my Buyers to secure a purchase that has “instant appreciation” - as well as have the potential to increase in value over time. I have rarely seen anyone lose money in residential purchases in Marin. Marin is a beautiful place to live.

Q: What has been your most satisfying moment while in the Real Estate business?
PM: I once received a call from a 10-year-old. Her family needed a place to move immediately - as their lease was up. I made sure the family got relocated and she stayed in school. She was a bright young girl - perhaps she will go into real estate as a career.

Q: If you could talk to one person from history, who would it be and why? 
PM: I would talk to young people creating history. Also, I would talk to Walt Disney to learn about his inspiration of creating a place for people to visit to be happy! Get Happy - watch what happens!

Q: Do you have any hobbies you can share with our audience? 
PM: I love music and movies. I also have an intuitive side and read Tarot Cards quite frequently. There certainly are more than 5 senses and our thoughts and feelings are where our power resides.

Q: What’s the best advice anyone’s ever given you? 
PM: Assume no resistance. If you think you can, you can. Often when a new Buyer gets in my car to view properties, I ask them; “Are you willing to suspend your need for struggle? Because I can drive you Home right now.” I have really good instincts. Typically, I sell someone the first or second home they see.

Ease and flow. I love the power of our thinking. We do create our own realities. The other best advice I ever received was: Lean on thoughts that feel good.

What we think and what we feel and what we manifest are always a match - no exceptions - so feeling good must be a priority.

Q: What do you like the most about living in the Bay Area? 
PM: The beauty of the people and the world-class water views.
